I will be showing you recipes that are easy, nutritious and tasty. Ones that are quick to prepare, cook & serve. Meal suggestions for you and your family. See what I feed my children. No macro counting required, you can if you want to, but really that’s the last thing you need to add to your never ending to do list!
I focus on meals built around protein. So I know I’m getting enough to fuel and repair my body properly.
No foods are banned, demonised or restricted. Take any food guilt you have away from your mindset!

Why train with coach Kara?
There’s so much information in the fitness and nutritional world, and that can be overwhelming.
My job is to keep your workouts safe and effective. As a coach I’m always learning from quality educators and peer reviewed evidence that can be put into practice with clients where required.
When it comes to training and nutritional guidance one size does not fit all.
I work with clients blood test results to provide them with guidance on nutrition on a deeper level. To optimise their health, hormones and sports performance.
I love this part of my job and spend a lot of my time reading and learning to further my knowledge to help others.
